Program#1 Juice fasting
Our most popular program is the juice fast. This program is generally one week long, but can be conducted anywhere from two days to two weeks (ask about longer programs if you interested).
This program is an excellent body cleanser that rests your digestive system, cleans toxins and chemicals from the body, boosts your immune system, lowers your cholesterol and blood pressure and can help you to lose weight (if that is one of your goals). It consists of a wide variety of juices, herbal teas/supplements, and other cleansing tools (dry brushing, sauna, enemas-optional, etc.).You may either juice with us for the entire time and break your fast at home with our instructions, or you may break your fast at our facility, enjoying a variety of healthy raw (live) foods and excellent cooked health foods with a high nutrient/low calorie ratio.
WHY JUICE FAST?!
Over time, the body accumulates toxins as a result of pollutants that we breathe, chemicals in our food, and water we consume (etc). The body continually works to rid itself of these toxins, putting a strain on its immune system and health (leading to aging, fatigue, and disease).
Juice fasting has been said to be one of the safest and most effective ways to detoxify the body. By giving the body a rest from food and digestion, the immune system can focus on the elimination of toxins, with the aid of the organs of elimination (liver, pancreas, gall bladder, kidneys, intestines, skin, etc).
